Application and design:
Centrifugal cantilever pump 1K80-50-200-E and electric pump units on its base are intended to pump petroleum products. Pump are admitted for operation in the explosion-hazard productions in which the mixtures of gases and vapours with air may be generated and which are related to the ПA, ПB categories and Т1, Т2, Т3 and Т4 explosion risk groups as per ГОСТ 12.1.011-90. It is acceptable to install the pumps in explosive zones of В-Iа, В-Iб, В-Iг, B-IIА, II-1 and II-2 classes.

Liquid to be pumped:
Petroleum products having a viscosity of up to 10-4 m2/s (100 сSt), with a temperature ranging from 243 К up to 358К (from minus 30°С up to +85°С), and a content of solid inclusions not exceeding 0,2% by mass and 0,2 mm in size.

1K80-50-200-E
where 1K-cantilevered pump;
80 - diameter of inlet branch, mm;
50 - diameter of outlet branch, mm;
200 - diameter of impeller (conventional), mm;
Y3.1 - climatic version and location category.
E - fully corresponds to the safety standards;
When the pump is delivered with one of the alternative modifications of the impeller regarding its outer diameter, the following index is to be added.
"m" - increased diameter;
"a", "b" - reduced diameter.
