Application and design::
Pump of 1K type - centrifugal, horizontal, cantilevered machine furnished with a gland seal of the shaft is designed to pump water (except sea water) and also liquids similar with water in density, viscosity and chemical activity. The material of the basic components - grey cast iron.

Liquid to be pumped:
Service water (except sea water) and also other liquids similar with water in density, viscosity and chemical activity, with pH = 6:9 and a content of solid inclusions not exceeding 1% by mass and 0,2 mm in size.
Temperature of the liquid being handled:
for the pumps 1K80-50-200, 1K100-65-250, 1K150-125-315, K100-65-200 -from 263 up to 378K (from minus 10°C up to 105°C);
for the pumps 1K50-32-125, 1K65-50-160 - from 263 up to 358K (from minus 10°C up to 85°C)

where 1K- cantilevered pump;
80 - diameter of inlet branch, mm;
50 - diameter of outlet branch, mm;
200 - diameter of impeller (conventional), mm;
Y3.1 - climatic version and location category.
When the pump is supplied with a specific modification of the impeller according to its outer diameter, the following index is to be added
"m" - increased diameter;
"a", "b" - reduced diameter.
