Design and application:
Pumps of CN type - double-entry, horizontal, single-stage machines with an
end-face seal which are designed to pump petroleum products and water
containing additions of petroleum products. The said pump is admitted for
operation in explosive productions for the purpose of pumping liquids
pertaining to the category IIA, IIB and to the explosion-hazard group T1,
T2, T3 and T4 as per GOST12.1.011-78.

Liquid to be pumped:
Pump of CN type is used to feed fuel for the jet engines as a pure
combustible or with additions of a counter-crystallization fluids up to 3%
by mass (namely, motor petrol and diesel fuels) having a viscosity of up to
6*10-5 m2/s (60cSt), density of up to 755-860 kg/m3, and a temperature
ranging from -40 up to +50°°C, as well as for handling water and other
liquids similar with water in viscosity and chemical activity

where CN - type of the pump (unit);
160 - capacity, m3/h;
