Application and design:
The pumps 1CNSg and pump units on their base are used in the heat power industry
for the feed water supply to the steam boilers of the boiler houses at the Thermal
Power Stations of low-power and in the heating systems and hot water supply
systems as well. The said pump - centrifugal multi-stage sectional, horizontal
with a one-sided arrangement of relieved impellers.
The screw conveyer (version 1CNSg...-1) affords to improve cavitation qualities of
of the pump. In multi-stage pumps the flow of liquid being pumped is moved in
consecutive order by means of several impellers, mounted on the same shaft.
The case o of the multistage pump consists of separate sections. The such sectional
construction of the pump case allows to increase or to decrease the head without
changing its capacity.

Liquid to be pumped:
The centrifugal multi-stage sectional pumps of 1CNSg type and electric pump units on their base are intended for handling water, having a hydrogen value of pH 7...8,5 and a temperature of 378 К (105°C) maximum, with mechanical admixtures not exceeding 0,1% by mass and solid particles of 0,1mm maximum in size and microhardness not over 1,47 GPa (14700kgf/mm2).
