Open joint-stock company of Hydraulic Machines Production Union, Livny town - OJSC "HMS Pumps" - the big supplier of pumps and pumping systems for oil recovery applications, petrochemical and shipbuilding industries, power enterprises, municipal sewage market, factory-farm establishments and other leading branches of Russian national economy.

Our product portfolio is being renewed and improved constantly. For the last five years the company has introduced new and innovative types of the pumps, as well as new additions to the existing successful product families: condensate, feed, centrifugal cradle-mounted, sanitary, artesian deep well, high-lift pumps for the oil recovery, elevator and domestic service pumping systems.

In March 1997 OJSC "HMS Pumps" celebrated the 50-th anniversary of its foundation and nowadays it is a highly powerful industrial enterprise equipped with excellent technological facilities. Our research-technical centre, also representing the company, is provided with advanced training station offering a comprehensive range of production facilities for product training. Outstanding technical competence and excellent professional skills of the workforce enable us to solve all the questions associated with development and production of hydraulic machines, so needed by the Customers.

The diverse range of products of "HMS Pumps" has determined the multipurpose production. The enterprise is equipped with state-of-the-art metal-working machinery, including machine tools of well-known foreign companies, as well as with modern facilities for foundry operations, namely: moulding cast iron shapes, steel and non-ferrous castings. The company is able to carry out press forging and welding fabrication with its own means within the required scope. Beyond this, we almost completely provide ourselves with rubber-technical and plastic products thanks to our home manufacture. In addition to technical innovations the enterprise developed production of special electric motors to complete submersible electric pump units and domestic pumping systems. The specialists of our research-technical centre are in a position to perform the orders for elaboration and fabrication of pumping equipment for different working conditions at the earliest possible date.

Production line meets the requirements of today`s technical standards. Our achievements of engineering and special quality philosophy were recently acknowledged by the International business-club with the Diploma "Trade leaders". OJSC "HMS Pumps" is also a laureate of the "Torch of Birmingham" award. The enterprise became a "Russian National Olympus" prize winner in the nomination "Production. Industry." Only three enterprises of Russia, OJSC HMS Pumps" among them, were honoured with the said award in this nomination in 2001.

In December 2002 the company was rewarded with the diploma from the All-Russian industrial contest "The Best Enterprises of Russia" in recognition of the successful financial management policy.

The safeguarding and continual monitoring of our quality assurance standards is an integral aspect of our corporate culture, so the pump 3В 4/25 (the first one in Orel region) was given the State "Quality Symbol" for its extremely high product quality on October 1, 1969. By the middle of the 80-s more than 80% of the pumps, output by "HMS Pumps" Co. were given the "Quality Symbol". We aim to elaborate the Customer-oriented product solutions - is not merely a catchphrase at the HMS Pumps" it is something that every single one of our employees strives to ensure.
