We want to call your attention to the mobile multipurpose engine-driven pump on the basis of the engine ТМЗ-450D, which was worked out at our enterprise. In the near future we'll fabricate two standard sizes of this product by using our own productive capacities.
1. The pump assembly МD25/70 is designed to feed water to the fire-fighting facilities; besides, the said pump assembly is used to put out fire at the river-marine vessels, as well as at the dry land when use is made of the slightly contaminated sea and fresh water; furthermore, provision is made by the designers for the proper washing of buildings, equipment and facilities.
2. The pump assembly МD60/30 is intended to pump-out medium-contaminated fresh and sea waters (from the flooded installations, tanks, bogs, ponds, basements and foundation pits); as well as to water and to irrigate green plantations.
The pumps are equipped with a self-suction system and are provided with SPTA set for the pump and with a set of check-and-measuring instruments (pressure gauge, vacuum gauge and so on); besides, in the quickly disconnecting couplings good use is made of the standard connecting heads.
The pumps combine the simplicity of design and engineering solutions with minimum possible dimensions and mass, providing easy access to the pump for in-service inspection and further replacement of separate components. Provision is made in the pump design for the flanged joint with the motor flange; the case is rested on the frame by way of the vibrosupports. The motor and the pump are arranged on the same frame. The suction cavity is protected against foreign matters floating in water. The pump shut-down of short duration (up to 30 minutes) does not cause refilling by water. The delivery branch pipe of the pump is furnished with a collector which is served to connect 2 fire hoses. The connection points of the collectors are provided with detachable plugs.
As concerns to the modification of the said pump assemblies, they are of the sea embodiment “O” as per class 2, group 2.1, modification subgroup 2.1.3 to ГОСТ РВ 20.39.304-98 and they are intended for year-round operation: in climatic zones with temperate & tropical climate (version "Y" and "Т” category) in conformity with GОST 15150.
