The industrial infrastructure in a combination with procurement manufacture (cold and hot stamping, forging and so on), provided with the advanced tooling base allows us to react operatively on inquires of Consumers, and to provide the closed cycle of manufacture and to reduce technological terms to their minimum from the beginning of the development work up to the finished product manufacture.
Our equipment is an industrial complex producing not only serial pumps, but also the pilot samples.
At the enterprise there is an opportunity to accept orders for manufacturing:
- complex helical surfaces (pumps of positive displacement type, compressors) using machine tools of the following models "HOLROYD", "HECKERT";
- processing of the details of compression moulds, modeling equipment, of complex configuration acc. to the mathematical models on the machine tool MV70E"MITSUBIHI";
- manufacturing of the end-face seals, finishing operations with use of the machine tool ПД 2С-905.

Besides, the enterprise is provided with the following technological cycles:
1. Thermal manufacture – hardening, annealing, casehardening with carbon, gas nitriding, hardening in brine baths, CHF hardening (with currents of high frequency)
The equipment:
chamber furnaces, shaft furnaces, CHF installations (with currents of high frequency).
2. Manufacture of rubber-technical details
Shaped, moulded, cast, reinforced details are obtained on the vulcanizing presses and autoclaves.
3. Manufacture of plastic details:
Moulded, cast, reinforced details.

JSC “HMS Pumps” has commercial opportunities for contracted deliveries of cast iron shapes out of grey cast iron 20 as per GOST 1412-85 acc. to the following groups of castings:
-
Small and medium castings – up to 100 kg.
Foundry conveyer shaping in the sandy-loam moulds, in flasks having dimensions in the clear 780 х 630 х h 2 х 280.
Dimensions of the castings - min (max), mm. - 100 (650) х 50 (500) х h 50 (350) (every casting is subject to the individual consideration, if ordered).
Conditions of a delivery – long-term cooperation (1 year minimum), production lot size - 100 - 120 tons.
Quantity production of castings: not less than 20 moulds of every nomenclature position per month, i.e.:
- if 10 castings are subject to be executed in the mould (780 х 630 х h 2 х 280) – their quantity production 200 castings per month, minimum;
- if 5 castings are subject to be executed in the mould (780 х 630 х h 2 х 280) – their quantity production 100 castings per month, minimum;
-if 1 casting is subject to be executed in the mould (780 х 630 х h 2 х 280) – their quantity production 20 castings per month, minimum;

medium dimensionality of castings 100 - 200 kg.

Quantity production of castings: not less than 60 moulds of every nomenclature position per month, i.e.:
- if 2 castings are subject to be executed in the mould (800 х 700 х h 2 х 420) – their quantity production 120 castings per month, minimum;
- if 1 casting is subject to be executed in the mould (800 х 700 х h 2 х 420) – their quantity production 60 castings per month, minimum;

big castings up to 1000 kg.
Machine moulding in the sandy-loam moulds, in flasks having dimensions in the clear 1300 х 900 х h 2 х 700 and 1520 х 1020 х h 2 х 700.
Dimensions of the castings - max, mm. - 1300 х 800 х h 1000 (every casting is subject to the individual consideration, if ordered).
Conditions of a delivery – up to 50 tons per month.
Quantity production of castings: not less than 25 moulds of every nomenclature position per month in the mould (800 х 700 х h 2 х 420) and not less than 25 moulds of every nomenclature position per month in the mould (800 х 700 х h 2 х 420)

Note: reference numbers 1 - 9 are made with machine-tool attachments of the Customer which are executed in accordance with manufacturing practice of the Supplier; PGF – sandy-loam moulds; LVM – investment casting; LPD - pressure casting.
Volumes of orders for reference part numbers 1 - 13 depend on the kind of alloy and production methods, therefore they are subject to separate consideration in every concrete case.

Operational stages of placing orders.
1. Consideration of drawings with a view to define their adaptability to efficient manufacture and to clear up the possibilities of castings' production acc. to available manufacturing practice.
2. Development of foundry technology to receive suitable castings.
3. Preparing of machine-tool attachments acc. to the technology of the Supplier (partial fabrication of machine-tool attachments by own productive forces of the Supplier is possible; every separate case should be given to individual consideration).
4. Receiving of initial production lot of castings (volume to be indicated by the Customer) and obtaining of final Customer's conclusion after having evaluated mechanical treatment (the initial (experimental) lot is paid as serviceable goods).
5. Opening of an order (conclusion of an Agreement).
Receiving of initial production lot within 30 days from the date of placing machine-tool attachments at disposal of the plant.

Our enterprise is one of the biggest Manufacturers of pumping equipment, which is used in different branches of national economy and is delivered abroad as well.
Quality management system was awarded with Certificates from the Certification Association “Russian register” - the Certification Body of «Russian Maritime Register of Shipping».
We pay special attention to ensuring proper working conditions. In this connection, we need modernization of mould knock-out production division of the foundry conveyer.
THE GOALS OF MODERNIZATION:
1. Setting up of new mechanized mould knock-out production division on the living areas of the foundry conveyer of the iron foundry shop.
2. Withdrawal of workers which are engaged in casting knock-out from the service area, improvement of working conditions and reduction of labour force (reduction of total number of the attending personnel).
3. Flow separation in the course of knock-out of the thick-walled castings and thin-walled castings.
4. Improvement of ecology state and working conditions in the foundry shop.
