Design:
By the design they are positive-displacement pumps. Gears happen to be the main tools. When the gears rotate the rarefaction is created at the suction side, and the liquid by the pressure difference (atmospheric pressure and the pump suction pressure) fills the cavities between teeth, moves to the delivery side and is forced into the delivery branch pipe.

Liquid pumped:
Viscosity of the liquid pumped is from 0,018x10-4 to 22,00x10-4 m2/s
(1,08:300°BY) temperature to +70°C (by the Customer request to 150°C). The
lower viscosity limit is restricted by the lubricating abilities of the
liquid pumped, the upper - by the elec-tric motor power and suction ability
of the pump.

3.2 -pump capacity, liters per 100 revolutions
25 - pump pressure, max, kgf/cm2
0,6 - pump capacity in the unit, m3/h

K - conventional designation of the pump duct part material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
Rp - adjusting capacity;
Conventional designation, used on the characteristic curves:
Q - capacity, m3/h;
P - pump pressure in the unit, kgf/cm2;
N -electric motor power, kW;
n -frequency of rotation, rpm;
